The newly formed Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) Committee was created to ensure that the principles of Positive Behavior Supports are woven into our mission at Incompass Human Services. At its core, PBS is about empowering individuals to live meaningful, fulfilling lives in their communities by focusing on innovative, person-centered supports that are both practical and valued.
The committee’s mission is to guide, assess, support, and champion the implementation of Positive Behavior Supports across all areas of the organization. By doing so, the team is working to build on a culture where every individual we serve has the opportunity to thrive, and where staff are equipped with the tools and knowledge to foster growth, independence, and inclusion.
Bringing together clinical expertise, executive leadership, quality and human rights advocacy, program directors, human resources, and administrative support, the committee reflects the full scope of Incompass services and operations.
Ultimately, the PBS Leadership Team exists to make sure that our approach to care is proactive, collaborative, and strengths-based, reinforcing the Incompass vision that every person we support deserves to live a full and engaged life.
