Path to Giving
Annual and Monthly Giving
Your annual donation makes an impact where it’s needed the most. You also can support Incompass programs with a monthly gift. You can feel good knowing that you are making a difference with a recurring donation.
Corporate and Foundation Giving
Demonstrate the commitment and social responsibility of your company or foundation by investing in the Incompass mission…
Tributes and Memorial Gifts
Commemorate your special occasions – birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and retirement – with a tribute to your loved one or an Incompass staff member. For someone who has passed away, consider a memorial gift.
Planned Giving
Help shape the future of Incompass while achieving your own personal, financial, and estate planning goals. Your investment has a lasting impact, providing comprehensive programs and services beyond today.
Special Events
Our annual golf tournament and spring fundraiser present opportunities for your sponsorship and auction item donations, as well as golfing and celebrating with us.
In-Kind Giving
Gifts in kind are contributions of goods – e.g., auction items or supplies – which can be used in our programs or our fundraising events. Your gifts may qualify as a charitable deduction.

How will Incompass use my donation?
Donations to Incompass supplement our operating budget and provide opportunities for robust community inclusion activities, job, and soft skills training, and other critical needs for more than 500 individuals we serve each day. If you would like your gift to support something specific, just let us know!
If Incompass is publicly funded, why do you need my donation?
Your donations bridge the gap between public funding and operating expenses. Individuals who come to Incompass are funded through MassHealth, the Department of Developmental Services, and other state agencies. Their funding covers only basic programming and direct supports under our roof. Your donations help us expand programs and services and individuals’ opportunities for personal growth and active, meaningful engagement in their communities.
What is the administrative or overhead percentage at Incompass?
Costs associated with providing programs and services to Incompass individuals include accounting, insurance, payroll, fundraising, marketing, facilities, maintenance, and more. We are happy to report that only 14 cents of every dollar are allocated to overhead.
Incompass also believes in utilizing external trainings to help our staff grow and develop within the organization.
Is my donation to Incompass tax deductible?
Your tax deductions depend on your personal tax situation. Incompass is a Section 501(c)3 nonprofit and your gift may qualify as a charitable donation for federal income tax purposes. Please consult with your tax advisor or the IRS.
My company offers matching gifts to a charity I select. How do I arrange for my donation to go to Incompass?
Many companies offer matching gift programs to encourage employees to contribute to charitable organizations like Incompass. Some even provide matching funds to support employee volunteer hours. Most of these programs match contributions, dollar for dollar, and some will even double or triple the amount of your gift. Please check to see if your company offers a matching gift program. If your employer requires an Employer Identification Number (EIN) (i.e. Federal Tax Identification Number), please use 04-2621546.
