Incompass Human Services delivers enriching supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities so that they can lead fuller and more prosperous lives. With a combined 111 years of experience, our dedicated team has been redefining what is possible for people with disabilities and their families in Greater Lowell and Greater Lawrence. The agency serves nearly 1,000 individuals through a robust suite of services including day habilitation, job training and placement, clinical and case management, family support, and residential programs. By promoting the rights of people with disabilities and engaging the community in our important work, we not only improve the lives of the people we serve, but we also foster a culture of inclusion that has a profound impact on our region.
We are licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Developmental Disabilities.
We are accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities in Organizational Employment, Community Employment, and Community Integration, Personal, Social and Community Support services.
We are certified by the Division of MassHealth as a provider of Day Habilitation Services.
The Cummings Foundation awarded Incompass a $200,000 grant, a significant financial boost that will serve the human services agency for years to come.
Incompass is honored and elated to receive this grant from Cummings Foundation. This grant gives us the ability to support operations in our Wilmington location, a Cummings Properties, where we support 60 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism with community inclusion opportunities; job coaching, matching and placement; and daily living skills building.
