With over 20 years of experience working across government, non-profit, and commercial sectors, I currently serve as a technology and transformation leader at CGI, where I focus on helping organizations modernize their operations through the practical application of AI and digital solutions. My role spans both business development and delivery oversight, allowing me to work closely with leaders to not only shape strategy, but ensure it is executed in a way that drives real outcomes.

Over the course of my career, I’ve become a trusted advisor to public and private sector leaders across New England, particularly at the intersection of people, policy, and technology. I bring a pragmatic approach to transformation—grounded in experience, focused on impact, and mindful of the unique challenges organizations face when navigating change.

I have been a member of the Incompass Human Services Board since 2019, previously serving as Vice Chair and now as Chair. In this role, I work alongside a committed and high-performing board and leadership team to strengthen the organization’s impact and advance the mission established by our founding families.
