Will need the following:

1. 1 Box of Elbow Macaroni
2. ¼ cup of butter
3. ¼ cup flour
4. ½ teaspoon salt
5. Black pepper to taste
6. 2 cups of milk
7. 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
