Incompass Human Services has a long history of working with colleges and universities in the Greater Lowell and Greater Lawrence regions as part of our robust internship programs.

From the summer Urban Youth Collaborative Program to our Healthy Balance program, students interested in a career in the human services field have been engaging with the people we serve since our founding. The experiential learning programs at Incompass are among the most transformational in the industry, and we regularly with students and faculty from schools including UMass Lowell, Merrimack College, Middlesex Community College, and Northern Essex Community College.

In fact, Chief Operation Officer Al Frugoli started his career in the field through the Urban Youth Collaborative Program!
