Mary is a Massachusetts CPA with an MBA from Bentley University and more than 25 years of financial leadership experience in the high-tech industry. A former Big Four accounting professional, she also served as Chair of the DDS Citizen Advisory Board for eight years, expanding its membership and leading advocacy efforts for individuals with disabilities and their families. As the mother of Eric, who has lived in an Incompass group home since 2020, Mary brings both personal experience and a deep commitment to Incompass’ mission and continues to serve on the DDS Citizen Advisory Board.
