I’ve been an NCIDQ-certified workplace strategist, architect, and design leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding corporate, public sector, and nonprofit organizations through complex real estate and workplace transformations. As founder and principal of Amee Dhoria Design and a Prosci-certified change practitioner, she blends data-driven insight with human-centered design to create environments that foster dignity, inclusion, and connection. Amee is honored to serve on the Incompass Human Services Board of Directors, where she draws on her experience with community-focused organizations to advance the agency’s mission of empowering individuals to live full lives in their communities with supports that are innovative, personalized, and valued.
